• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used grooming products cannot be returned.
• If your product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.
• Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Return shipping charges may apply unless the issue is from our side.
